Your username and password are sent to you via the e-mail address you used when you registered. Check that account for a message from us with your username and password included. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to be delivered. Make sure you don't include quotes. Username and passwords are both case sensitive. Make sure you don't type any spaces before or after.
You can easily retrieve your lost password by filling the "Look-up Your Account" form at the top of this page. If you still can't login, please submit a ticket and we will help you with your problem.
Members who purchase a trial membership are subject to a download limit, but will be upgraded upon upgrade from trial membership to full membership. Trial memberships are limited in the number of days they last (either one, two or three days, depending on the membership option selected) and are also limited in the amount of content and features that can be accessed. Only full memberships allow access to all content and features. Trial memberships will automatically upgrade to full price memberships unless cancelled before your trial period is over.
You can cancel your membership by using self-service support from your processor. If you would like assistance cancelling your account, please submit a ticket, or fill out the "Look-up Your Account" form at the top of this page.
